Specifications
- Form Hidden Field(s)
Essentially the same process is involved in mapping a hidden field; instead of having the visitor enter the value to be added in Salesforce.com, you specify it here. By default, FormVester for AppExchange will display the value that was associated with the hidden field in the HTML code. The flexibility of our application allows you to change it without having to modify your HTML code.

- Additional Salesforce Standard Fields
We have identified important standard fields in Salesforce.com that are not usually found in online forms: the Lead Source and the Lead Status. If you decide to map these fields, we will show you the picklist that you already have for those two fields in Salesforce.com and you will simply have to select the value you want to be added when a Lead is going to be added or updated.

- Automatically mapped fields
Some fields have already been automatically mapped. FormVester for AppExchange uses an intelligent mapping system than can recognize high probability fields that should be mapped together. If this is the case, the Salesforce field’s name will appear surrounded by ***. You can, however, still change this field’s mapping if you want to map it to another field.

Step 4: Get the results

Your FormVester application is now fully set up and you can start enjoying your new web-to-lead tool!

All new leads generated from your forms will be automatically listed in Salesforce under the traditional “Leads” tab.

You can furthermore enjoy the power and the effectiveness of the form analysis function of FormVester by clicking on the “Forms Analysis” tab.
